Cocoon is a joint venture partnership between Private Equity Fund managers Silk Invest (UK Ltd). and the development arm of Monument (Nig.) Ltd.
Farouk Imam is a seasoned Real Estate development entrepreneur with 20 years’ experience both in Nigeria and abroad. He holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from Imperial College, London, and a Master’s in Investment from the Henley Business School in Reading UK.
Jubril is a seasoned building construction professional with a thorough knowledge of end to end construction processes and extensive hands on experience. He has nearly 20 years of experience working with blue chip construction companies in Nigeria.
Jubril is a qualified registered builder (CORBON), a member of Nigeria Institute of Building (MNIOB), certified MPM and also a fellow of America Academy of Project Management.
Habeeb Adamu is a highly resourceful Accounting and Finance professional with extensive experience across several industries with a focus on Financial Analysis and Reporting, Corporate Finance and Report Writing.
Habeeb holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance in view.
Aaron is an experienced facilities manager with in-depth knowledge of facilities operations and maintenance procedures across the manufacturing, telecommunication and real estate sectors. He has demonstrated a strong capacity to manage technicians, vendors and contractors.
Aaron holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Facility Management.
